We deliver to all residential and business addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Isle of Man. Every parcel is dispatched using tracked Royal Mail, DPD, or Evri services.

As soon as your parcel is packed and handed to the courier, you will receive an automated dispatch email containing your courier tracking number. You can also track your live order anytime directly on our website via our Track Your Order portal by entering your Order ID and billing email address.

Every leather jacket and coat is carefully inspected, folded with acid-free tissue paper to protect the grain, enclosed in a protective garment dust bag, and packaged inside heavy-duty corrugated cartons to prevent creasing or weather damage during courier handling.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and our store policy, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return an item for a full refund or size exchange. Items must be unworn, in their original condition with all internal tags and protective dust bags intact. We charge £0 restocking fees.

To start a return, email customer service at hello@dasupermartltd.co.uk with your Order Number, contact details, and whether you prefer an exchange or refund. Our team will issue a Return Authorisation Reference (RAN) and designated UK return address instructions within 24 hours.

Once your return parcel arrives at our London returns depot and completes quality inspection, your refund is processed within 3–5 working days. Funds are returned directly to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, or PayPal) in GBP (£).

In the unlikely event of transit damage or a manufacturing defect, please photograph the outer packaging and defect, and email hello@dasupermartltd.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will provide an immediate prepaid return label and issue a replacement or full refund.

For slim streetwear styling over t-shirts, select your exact chest size. For winter layering over chunky knitwear, we recommend sizing up one size.

Yes. Genuine full-grain and top-grain animal hides naturally yield and mold to your posture and body heat over the first 20 to 30 hours of wear. While leather does not drastically lengthen, it naturally expands up to half a size in high-stress zones such as the shoulders, elbows, and chest, resulting in a bespoke, personalized fit.

If the fit is too snug or roomy, simply contact us at hello@dasupermartltd.co.uk for a fast size exchange. We will reserve your preferred replacement size and dispatch it as soon as your return tracking number is confirmed.

Yes, absolutely. We do not sell cheap PVC, PU, or bonded synthetic plastic leather. All DA Supermart outerwear is handcrafted from 100% genuine animal hides—including butter-soft semi-aniline lambskin (Nappa), robust bovine cowhide, authentic sheepskin shearling, and velvety goat suede.

Yes. High-grade leather naturally resists light rain and mist. If caught in a heavy UK downpour, gently blot standing water with a dry microfibre cloth and allow the jacket to dry naturally on a wide contoured wooden hanger at room temperature.
